Individual Work: Yoga Mindset Coaching
Yoga Mindset Coaching is a pioneering approach devised by Karina Ayn Mirsky. In these sessions, we will draw on practices inspired by the Internal Family Systems model of therapy to listen and pay attention to the "parts" of you that are most active in a given moment. In the second part of the session, you will be supported through a yoga-led intervention designed to reflect your energetic needs. This could be a movement sequence on the mat, yoga pranayama breathwork, Functional Breathing exercises, mindful focus meditation, a guided relaxation or a bespoke combination of these elements. The sessions can take place in-person or online and discounted package deals are available. Please contact Xenia for more information and to arrange a free taster consultation call.
