Yin Yoga For Resilience

This introductory session will work on building resilience and mindful awareness of the body through stillness in seated poses that work with the deep tissues and joints. We will introduce meridian theory from traditional practices as well as the latest research on immune system function and apply these concepts to build up our protective shield, enhance circulation and strengthen resilience. This session will be accessible to all levels of experience and flexibility and no prior experience is required.
